What is OnMessage?OnMessage is an e-mail notification system designed specifically to enhance the effectiveness of your Rational ClearQuest change management solution. OnMessage serves to manage the ever increasing amount of complexity in today's working environments by increasing the efficiency of every organisation's most critical asset: its employees. The easiest way to demonstrate OnMessage is to provide an example of a standard ClearQuest notification compared to a typical OnMessage e-mail notification.
