By combining OnMessage with our OnWeb platform, we're able to provide a facility called QuickLink which adds a whole new dimension to any OnMessage generated e-mail notification.

QuickLink bridges the gap between e-mail notification and ClearQuest functionality by allowing you to initiate an action or view specific details from within the e-mail by simply clicking on the appropriate link.

OnMessage, OnWeb and QuickLink collaborate together in the background and then pop up the corresponding ClearQuest form in the foreground for the user to confirm — saving them the hassle of opening ClearQuest, finding the record and performing the action themselves.
